Here’s what you do.

You approach your target (the FEMALE).

You ask her “Would you like to grab a coffee with me?”

One of these scenarios will follow:

She’ll assume you’re asking her on a date and she’s interested and she says yes. HOORAY!

-OR-

She’ll assume you’re asking her on a date and she’ll say “Sorry, I’m not available/interested right now”. This is when you pull the WTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT card and say “Oh, I didn’t mean it like that, I just meant it in a friendly way!” THEN SHE’S THE ONE WHOS GOT EGG ON HER FACE.

-OR-

She doesn’t catch on that it’s a date and then you can just go for coffee with her and SCRATCH HER OFF THAT LIST OF YOURS.

You’ll never fail.

You’re welcome.

I actually had this one used on me and I think its actually fairly obvious about what the guy is doing. I think its cowardly to turn it around on her when she isn’t interested. Its like turning a compliment into an insult. Get over yourself and stop succumbing to your fears of inadequacy and rejection. I’d venture to say that if you aren’t confident enough in yourself to take a “no” gracefully, then you aren’t ready for a relationship anyways.
